Race track
The so-called "race track” is a Lekos moulding line, where the chain conveyors transport loose moulds between individual sections along the line, where individual technological operations are executed (e.g. mould pre-heating, chocolate depositing, shell-forming, etc).
Lekos lines are available in standardized design or tailor-made one for individual clients, with moulds of width from min. 275 mm to max. 1200 mm. Speed ranges between min. 10 moulds/min and max. 30 moulds/min, limited mainly by the product specification.
Lekos delivers a line either as a short loop (for plain chocolate and chocolate with ingredients) with the future possibility of extension, or as a complete line suitable for production of complete range of plain and filled products.
